Order Tracking & Managing your delivery:

An order confirmation update is sent via email, to the registered account email address. This message contains a unique tracking number.
You may also find this number via the ‘View Orders’ link in your account (within the notes section).
Please check your junk folder if you do not appear to receive our email.

To track or manage your delivery, please visit:

Enter your parcel number, and delivery postcode.
Please note, orders cannot be tracked until they have been scanned by the collecting depot.
You may need to allow ONE WORKING DAY from receiving your 'order completed' email, for the tracking system to update!

With regards to the expected delivery date:
If you provided us with a mobile telephone number with your order, you should receive a text notification with an ETA for delivery.
This ESTIMATED time of delivery is usually a one hour time slot, however, we must stress that this is NOT a guaranteed time; orders could arrive sooner or later (depending on the driver's workload, road conditions or adverse weather).
