Order confirmation & dispatch confirmation updates are sent via email, to the registered account email address. Please check your junk folder if the messages do not appear to have been received from us
All orders are shipped using tracked delivery methods. When your order is processed by us, you will be sent a unique tracking number by email. You may also find this number via the ‘View Orders’ link in your account (within the notes section)
If you provided a mobile number with your order, you should receive a text notification with a one hour delivery time slot on the morning of delivery, meaning that you need not wait around unnecessarily
