For Home Delivery Orders:

Accepted payment methods are:

Credit or Debit Cards, Pay Pal, Cheque or Postal Order. Please do not send cash.

All payments must clear in full before we dispatch your order.

Please allow up to 7 working days for Cheques and up to 10 Working days for Pay Pal e-Cheques.

Orders paid for by Credit/Debit Card/Instant Pay Pal Payment will be processed and sent immediately.

For Bulk Orders:

Due to time-wasters and bad debtors, we no longer offer any form of credit whatsoever, not even 7 day terms. All orders must be paid for in advance of manufacture. If you call to place an order but are unable to pay at that time, your order will not even be processed until payment has been received.

We prefer payment at the time of ordering, but can send a pro-forma invoice by email or post if required.

Accepted payment methods are:

Bank Transfer (such as BACS or CHAPS payment or an internet banking transfer), Bank Payment (cash over a HSBC Counter), Cheque, Postal Order, Bankers Draft or Debit Card.

We also accept payment by Credit Card but will apply a 2% surcharge to the invoice total to cover processing fees.

We are willing to accept cash (delivered to us in person prior to collection) but it costs us to bank it, so unfortunately we will not consider 'discount for cash', sorry!

We are unable to accept Pay Pal, Western Union or Laser Card payments.

Important Note Regarding All Credit & Debit Card Payments: If you wish to pay us by a Credit/Debit Card, then we can only send your order to the registered address on your card. If the address information does not match when we process your card, your payment will be declined by our bank. This is due to the risk of fraud and we thank you for your understanding!
