Collections:

Orders may be collected in person or by a customer's own haulier, subject to a 500kg minumum order.

All collections must be booked in with us by contacting Head Office on 01226 763 090.

Pick ups will then be allocated a one hour collection time (e.g. 9am-10am), between the following hours:

March -October: Monday-Friday from 8am until 5.30pm.

November - February: Monday-Friday from 9am until 4pm.

Weekend collections- by special arrangement only +£40 surcharge.

Re: collection slots:

If a customer arrives early and the the order is either not ready, or the staff are already loading, then the customer will be required to either wait for their time slot, or re-book their pick up. If a customer arrives after their collection slot, they will be required to wait until the next available slot on the loading bay.

Deliveries:

There is no minimum order if delivery is required. Smaller amounts will be couriered, and local or national hauliers will be used for larger orders.

We can arrange delivery throughout the UK.

All pallet deliveries are arranged via 3rd parties at an additional cost, prices start from £20+ VAT per 1000kg pallet.

Please bear in mind:

All deliveries will require a signature and failed delivery attempts will incur a further charge for re-delivery.

A Tail lift must be booked at the time of order if no unloading facility (such as a fork lift truck) is available at the delivery address.

We ship on an Economy Delivery service in order to offer the best price. This is for delivery within 72 hrs of collection. Delivery can be upgraded to Next Day Delivery for a £10 surcharge per pallet. If a specific delivery time is requested, this will also incur further costs.

Unloading and unstacking of the pallet and disposal of the packaging and pallet is the responsibility of the customer.

Northern Ireland - Price per pallet, up to 1000kg: £90+VAT

Southern Ireland -  Price per pallet, up to 1000kg: £100+VAT

Full & Half Loads:

Full loads (artics, up to around 26t) and Half loads (rigids, up to around 14t) can be arranged and would be priced depending on the delivery postcode, so please contact us for a price if required.
